- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Awful, awful. Dr Soto is a good Dr. But what good is that if you can't get the prescriptions refilled because his staff is so slack that after four phone calls to his office, and by the way, you have to leave a message because they won't talk to you, they still don't call in your prescription. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Pridgen is phenomenal, her nurse staff is great, I always feel properly taken care of. Prescriptions don't always get sent over immediately, I've had to remind them by phone before, and on three separate occasions I've been billed for co-pay that I paid at sign in.
