- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The worst physician and practice experience I have ever had. Its understandable that everyone makes clerical errors from time to time, even doctors. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Unprofessional service. I would give this practice a negative rating, if I could. I made an appointment as a new patient in the Fall for a January appointment. Given that I did not get a confirmation call or letter, I called to confirm. I was told that they lost my paper work and that I have to have an appointment in March. I said OK. I just listened to a message from the doctor's office canceling my appointment and rescheduling for May!!! I was told that they were accepting patients. It is clear that they don't want my business. If they can't see me next week then they should give a referral to someone who can accommodate.
