- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪A lot more pets would probably be adopted if a.) there was a staff that acknowledged you as you're STANDING THERE WAITING TO ASK A QUESTION and b.) if the dog's kennels were cleaned a little more regularly; more than HALF of the dogs I walked thru to visit had SEVERAL piles of poop in their run. But more to the point, blatantly ignored while I was waiting to ask about a particular dog. Do better, City of Columbia and Humane Society. At least APPEAR to care. (and to be clear, the girl at the front greeted me PROMPTLY and thoroughly explained to me where to visit the adoptable dogs; two in the back were the ones who couldn't be bothered)March 25, 2017by Heather L
