  After researching three orthodontic practices, we chose Pitner Orthodontics. The practice is well-run and efficient. Appointments run ON TIME. They make it easy to schedule and reschedule. Dr. Pitner embraces the newest technologies to such a degree that a process we dreaded has actually been made far easier and more comfortable than we could have imagined. Have you ever paid money to a practice of any kind only to feel like you're just another patient and treated as such? If so, you'll find this practice refreshing. The staff are personable; questions and concerns are taken seriously; and Dr. Pitner sets an amazing tone for customer service in her practice. Very quickly, the staff won over our daughter, who can be bit skeptical and nervous about new experiences. As a parent, I was thrilled with the way she was treated, and, within minutes of our initial interview with them, she whispered to me that this was where she wanted to get her braces. This team will act like they're grateful you chose them because they are, and it certainly shows. We've chosen Pitner Orthodontics twice now, and we enthusiastically recommend this orthodontic practice!
