- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The interactions recently with Rice Creek Family Dentistry have degraded. Their office has become more directed toward profit and less towards patient care. We received a bill after we moved from the area. It turns out that Rice Creek is no longer a preferred carrier for our insurance. This was not disclosed to us at the time of services (periodic cleaning and exam). The office manager, Deidra, refused to discuss possibly reducing the charged amount for the misunderstanding.
