- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Yousefian and Gordon are both great. Like other users have said the reception staff is pretty poor. The woman who takes payment and answers the phone is consistently grumpy and unfriendly. Also the automated appointment reminder system works around half the time - this is worse than having no reminder system. Once you're reliant on getting reminder calls and then they stop, you start missing appointments and getting billed for it (and no, Grumpy is not going to offer an apology when you call to explain)September 09, 2017by A B
