  Absolutely hate this office. When they made a mistake in billing for my insurance (amounting in about 600 dollars over six months) on a vehicle that had been totaled, they fixed that problem only to charge my wife an extra 200 dollars for their mistake on my insurance. When asked for a solution they told me they were not worried about trying to please me at this point because they probably wouldnt be able to keep my account anyway and suggested I find another place to get insurance. That is what they consider customer service. John Coleman would not even try to help me when he answered the phone he half heartedly listened and then immediately forwarded me to Janice Kennedy who is probably the worst customer service associate I have ever experienced. The above referenced statements all came directly from her mouth. Unfortunately this is not even an exageration. Also worth mention is the fact that no matter what these guys will not actually call you back. I called every day, several times a day for no less than 4 days before I finally got in touch with some form of management. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
